This is our open research log — the investigations that extend the platform beyond its shipping products. Some are validated and written up as dedicated science pages; some are honest null results; some are still accumulating data. Every card links to its code, its result, or its paper draft, so you can check the work rather than take our word for it.
A few we are proud of: a physical earthquake precursor whose identity, measurement, and pass criterion are sealed in a Bitcoin-anchored pre-registration (pass or fail, the result goes on the ledger), the first inner-core rotation measurement from our passive gravimeter network, planetary-scale EM imaging of the crust, a volcano eruption jerk forecaster implementing the published method that forecast 92% of Piton de la Fournaise eruptions (Nature Comms, 2025), and a growing set of pre-registered, Bitcoin-anchored hypotheses — including several honest nulls we published because they are true, not because they flatter us.
How this page works
The research threads update themselves.
Each card is tied to its code, its run log, and its result JSON. When a cron finishes or a commit lands, the status flips. Nothing on this page is hand-maintained copy that rots — the results are links to files in the repository that describe exactly what the experiment was and what it produced. If a thread gets rejected (like D), we say so in public. That's the point of a research log.
