Verify it yourself

  1. Re-derive the root. Pull the public ledger (/api/v1/ledger/recent.csv or the full manifest below) and recompute the manifest root:
    SHA-256 over newline-joined '{chain_index},{prediction_id},{sha256_hash},{previous_hash}' of every hash_chain row, ordered by chain_index
  2. Confirm it matches the manifest root shown above.
  3. Verify the Bitcoin timestamp. Download the stamped digest + its OTS proof and run ots verify ledger_anchor_2026-08-22.txt.ots (from opentimestamps.org) against your own Bitcoin node.

Each daily anchor snapshots the entire hash chain into one SHA-256 manifest root and timestamps it to Bitcoin. One daily stamp transitively timestamps every forecast logged to date, and re-commits the full history every following day — so every forecast is Bitcoin-anchored by the first daily anchor after it was logged. No trust in DeepMap AI is required to verify it.
